In an effort to protect Valley-Wide’s staff and patients we have made the decision to temporarily convert medical services being provided at our Rocky Ford and Las Animas Clinics to telehealth only. Dental services at Rocky Ford Clinic are being rescheduled at this time, however, Las Animas Dental Clinic will remain open. We expect to be back open for face-to-face services by November 4, 2020. To schedule a telehealth visit with your provider at our Rocky Ford Clinic or Las Animas Clinic, or to schedule a face-to-face visit with a provider at our La Junta Clinic or Valley-Wide Ordway Clinic please call (833) 350-1113. Our La Junta Convenient Care Clinic is also open. We understand that accessing these two clinics is not always easy, so we have made the Valley-Wide Ride temporarily available in the Arkansas Valley.
