Dyan Anderson, Nurse Home Visitor for the San Luis Valley Nurse-Family Partnership Program at Valley-Wide Health Systems, Inc. (VWHS) was recently awarded a Kaiser Permanente Loan Repayment Award through The Colorado Community Health Network (CCHN). Dyan has worked fulltime with the Nurse-Family Partnership at VWHS since 2001 and is the only original NHV at the site. During her employment, Dyan returned to Adam’s State University and graduated with her BSN in December of 2013. Dyan marched as a BSN graduate in May 2014 so that she could share the moment with her oldest son, Gavin, who also graduated that same day with a degree in Business. Dyan was one of 96 applicants who applied for the loan repayment award and one of the 22 loan repayment recipients. Dyan enjoys working with her NFP clients and has been an inspiration to many of them! Congratulations Dyan!
