50 years of health care delivered
to accomplish this…
Cost effective services
to accomplish this…
Committed and high quality care
and because of this…
24 million patients have been able to cross that road
The contest was run by the Colorado Community Health Network (CCHN) to celebrate the 50 year anniversary of the Community Health Center (CHC) program.
