Beginning Wednesday, June 8th, Affinity will offer free COVID testing at the Convenient Care Community Clinic at 1113 Main St. in Alamosa. Testing will be available on the following schedule (starting 6/8):
- Sundays and Wednesdays: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Fridays: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
If you are in need of testing, pre-registration is encouraged to reduce your wait time. To pre-register, visit AffinityeCareColorado.com and complete the registration form. After completion, you will receive an email with the booking ID number. You can also register on-site prior to your test, however this option will most likely increase your wait time.
