Valley-Wide Health Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Stacey Robben to Chief Dental Officer. Dr. Robben, who started with Valley-Wide in the summer of 2016, has served as the Interim Chief Dental Officer over the past several months.
“We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Robben to this permanent appointment,” said Gigi Darricades, CEO of Valley-Wide. “Her leadership in an interim role over the past few months has been invaluable. We look forward to her ideas and contributions as we continue to build our dental practices.”
In the short-term, Dr. Robben is focused on ensuring patients receive a high-quality experience that focuses on their unique needs and an individualized treatment plan.
“One of the things I love about working for Valley-Wide is the ability to get to know patients and provide personalized care,” explained Dr. Robben. “Community Health Centers like ours sometimes have a stigma, but I have found that patients are appreciative when they experience the quality of care we provide, as well as taking the time to get to know them.”
Before attending dental school at University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Robben was a student-athlete at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Her athletic background has led to a love of being outdoors, but also instilled a sense of teamwork.
“Some of my long-term goals include becoming the provider of choice for the communities we serve, as well as an employer that is a magnet for top-level talent,” she stated. “As we continue to work as an integrated team, I have every confidence that those goals can become reality.”
Dr. Robben will continue to split time seeing patients in clinic with administrative responsibilities.
“I am thankful for the opportunity to be a leader in this organization,” she said. “There are some great things happening, both on a daily basis and in what we have planned, and each of them will help us better serve our patients.”
