Ashley has experience treating all types of orthopedic and neurological conditions seen in all ages. She is trained in Functional Dry Needling, joint mobilizations, manipulations and other manual therapy techniques. Her goal is to provide quality, evidence-based care to all patients to help them restore their functional activities whether it be cleaning their home or returning to sports. She is part of the Sports Medicine team at Adams State University where she provides rehab services to the athletes after an injury and/or surgery. She really enjoys working with all patients to help prevent injury and loss of function through various biomechanical tests.
Ashley is a native of the San Luis Valley. She loves spending time with her husband and son hiking, canoeing and fishing in our mountains as well as going to museums in the city.
