Valley-Wide Health Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce our new Fremont Family Medical Center, Clinic Manager Juan Recinos, MHA.
Juan received his Master’s Degree in Health Administration (Summa Cum Laude) and a Graduate Certificate in Organization Leadership from Chapman University in 2008. He also received his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, from Chapman University in 2006. Juan is a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner earned from Villanova University in 2010.
Juan is a seasoned healthcare manager who thrives in fast-paced & challenging environments. He’s managed in various capacities for several not-for-profit clinics and private community multi-specialty practices along with for-profit hospitals.
I have a deep understanding of the complexities that exist in relationships between the executive suites, directors, & direct care staff. At the end of the day, the “glue” that keeps it all moving forward is the strength of these relationships. I also, bring an extensive knowledge base in providing services excellence, meeting regulatory requirements, rolling out various changes in a timely fashion, reducing wasted time & materials, all while delivering a high quality product to our patients. I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in our current, turbulent, healthcare landscape.
