Dr. Drake Sisneros focuses on patient centered care and holistic health in his practice. He prioritizes patients values, preferences, and needs by engaging in shared decision-making to ensure that his patients are active participants in their care. Dr. Sisneros also considers patients physical, emotional, social and mental aspects of health by having discussions focused around lifestyle factors such as nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management. He loves learning about his patients challenges and equipping them with the knowledge needed to make the best decisions for themselves. His areas of clinic interest and expertise include preventative medicine and weight management.
Dr. Sisneros is originally from the San Luis Valley. He married a woman from Buena Vista, and wanted to return to rural Colorado to be near their families. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, camping, hiking and biking. If he didn’t work in medicine, he would open a restaurant and be a wrestling coach.
