Bids will be received by Friday, September 25th, 2026, at 5:00 PM MST. A mandatory walk-through will take place at the La Junta Clinic, 1012 Belmont Ave, La Junta, CO 81050 on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM MST or Wednesday, September 16 at 12:00 PM MST at 128 Market St, Alamosa, CO 81101. Bidders are invited to pick up a copy of the RFP at our Administrative Services Building, 128 Market St, Alamosa, CO 81101 or by contacting Michael Wermes via email at wermesm@valley-widehealth.org.
