Official notice is given that sealed bids from qualified general contracting firms will be received and read aloud in the Administrative Services Building, Valley-Wide Health Systems, Inc. (“VWHS”), 128 Market Street, Alamosa, CO 81101, at 1:00 P.M. local time on September 18th, 2026, for the following: LA JARA DENTAL ADDITION / RENOVATION. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, September 9th at 1:00 pm local time at the Project site, located at 421 Walnut Street La Jara, Colorado 81101. The Project consists of constructing a 230 square feet addition and renovating the existing space of 1554 square feet. Bids shall be received by VWHS prior to the aforementioned date and time or such Bids shall be subject to disqualification by VWHS. The Bid deadline may be extended by VWHS, at its sole discretion. If extended, all interested parties who attend the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be notified in writing and will have an opportunity to re-submit their Bids within the extended time period. VWHS reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in these procedures, and to award the Contract in a manner best serving the interest of VWHS.
