Below are the items Addendum #1 to theRFP for Janitorial Services covers:
Item 1: Two additional walk-throughs will be held on Tuesday, June 14th. The first walk-through will take place at 10:00 am MDT at the La Junta Clinic, 1012 Belmont, La Junta, CO 81050. The second walk-through will take place at 2:30 pm MDT at the Convenient Care Community Clinic, 1131 Main St, Alamosa, CO 81101. The purpose of these walk-throughs will be to identify a clinic in the Arkansas Valley Region, as well as discuss additions to the VCT scope addressed via this addendum. These will not be mandatory for those who attended the walkthrough on May 31st; however they will meet the requirement for having attended a mandatory walk-through for the purposes of bidding this contract.
Item 2: Additions to the VCT scope will be as follows: CCCC, CDC, and ADC will each receive 2 extra deep scrub and wax treatments, and 4 extra light scrub and buff treatments per year. These areas are high traffic locations and require extra Care.
