Annual Preventive visits are important to our children and adolescents to maintain good health and development. These comprehensive exams will include immunizations and are usually covered by most insurance plans annually. Be sure to ask your provider for a school immunization form and a completed sports physical form at these visits if needed. Please try to schedule these visits before school registration takes place.
