Valley-Wide wants to make medical and behavioral healthcare more accessible for all our patients.
About Telehealth
Telehealth appointments are limited to behavioral health appointments. The appointment consists of a phone call with your behavioral health provider.
About Virtual Visits
Our virtual visits are done through a tool called Patient eHealth through InteliChart. This tool is available on many devices including smart phones, tablets and desktop computers. A WiFi connection is required. If you don’t have WiFi, but would prefer a virtual visit over an in-person visit, we can accommodate you with something we’re calling a “curbside appointment.” With a curbside appointment, you can park in the parking lot of whichever clinic is most convenient for you, and use our company’s WiFi for your virtual visit.
