Valley-Wide Physical Therapy recently had their unannounced site inspection by the Department of Health and Human Services. This occurs once every 7 years to check that the clinic complies with various standards set by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The inspection is conducted by a licensed surveyor/investigator from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. The investigator looks to see that the clinic complies with documentation standards, continuous quality improvement, building codes and disaster preparedness. Valley-Wide is pleased to announce that it’s Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation clinics passed with no deficiencies. This means that all 4 clinics are meeting strict standards set to ensure comprehensive care to all patients.
