Official notice is given that sealed bids from qualified general contracting firms will be received and read aloud in the Administrative Services Building, Valley-Wide Health Systems, Inc. (“VWHS”), 128 Market Street, Alamosa, CO 81101, at 2:00 P.M. local time on February 8th, 2018, for the following: VALLEY-WIDE CANON CITY RENOVATION. Plans and Specifications can be viewed below this notice. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, January 18th at 10:00 am local time at the Project site.
The Project consists of the renovation of approximately 16,000 square feet of space located at 531 Main Street, Canon City, CO (1902 Baker and Biggs Building), which will be an integrated medical and dental clinic serving the residents of Fremont County, CO. Bids shall be received by VWHS prior to the aforementioned date and time or such Bids shall be subject to disqualification by VWHS. The Bid deadline may be extended by VWHS, at its sole discretion. If extended, all interested parties who attend the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be notified in writing and will have an opportunity to re-submit their Bids within the extended time period. VWHS reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in these procedures, and to award the Contract in a manner best serving the interest of VWHS.
