“I am very excited and feel extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to do what I love in the community in which I grew up. As the COO I hope to enhance the great work Valley-Wide Health Systems has been doing for the past 40 years. I plan on bringing my financial, marketing, and operational experience to the strong leadership at Valley-Wide Health Systems as well as my passion to improve patient outcomes. Health care is a challenging, competitive, and dynamic field of business that constantly demands high-quality outcomes, exceptional customer service, and valuable processes. I believe that superior performance is systematic and changes should be data-driven and process-driven and we should actively be driving out waste in our health care systems. I consider waste to be anything that does not add value to our patients and we should have a relentless pursuit to eliminate that waste. I have a proactive and analytical mindset and my goal is to make sure that Valley-Wide Health Systems is consistently delivering high quality, affordable, patient driven, coordinated care. We will continue to demonstrate positive impacts on the health outcomes for patients in the San Luis Valley, Arkansas Valley, and Fremont County areas.”
Valley-Wide President/CEO Gigi Darricades notes that “Adam contributes a new and vibrant voice to the Executive Leadership Team. When I reviewed his resume, I noted that his education and experience were what Valley-Wide was seeking. His upbeat attitude and past experience are valuable assets for the organization.”
