Heather Manning, FNP has joined our Fremont Family Medical Center after moving from a private women’s healthcare practice in the Denver area. Heather recently graduated from Regis University with her Masters in Science, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree.
Heather will provide the full scope of family care, specializing in children, teens and women’s health services. Heather is excited to join our team in support of the Valley-Wide Health Systems mission.
Having been an RN for over twenty years, I have been able to care for many diverse patient populations. I especially enjoy working with women and children of all ages. As a FNP, I look forward to having greater autonomy and effect on patient satisfaction and outcomes. – Heather Manning
