Brooke Kyzer holds space for people who are doing their very best, and are still struggling – wanting more from themselves, their relationships, their lives. She believes that living the balance between acceptance and change can relieve distress and promote growth and well-being. Brooke teaches skills, encourages responsibility, challenges problematic thinking, facilitates clarity and insight, and promotes a life lived authentically.
Brooke has specialized training and experience in working with, anger/ violence, grief and loss, terminal illness, veterans and active duty members and spouses of ADSMs around PTSD, combat trauma, deployment cycles/ adjustment/ reintegration, military sexual trauma, domestic violence (offender and survivor services), and women’s issues.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time with family, friends, and pets. She likes to walk her dogs, go hiking, camping, read, and listen to music.
