Dr. Emily Tallent believes that healthcare is a human right, and is passionate about quality, equitable primary healthcare for all. She is particularly interested in obstetrics and women’s health, addiction medicine, and care supporting patients of the LGBTQ+ community.
Dr. Tallent is originally from metro Detroit, Michigan, but moved to Colorado for college, and has been living here since. She and her husband met in Colorado and have enjoyed exploring everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer. Traveling is her favorite thing to do during her time off and she is close to reaching her goal of visiting every continent! Dr. Tallent also enjoys going to stand-up comedy shows to support her husband and friends who perform live comedy.
