Jack Haley has nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare, including primary care, emergency medicine, and occupational medicine. Jack is a Colorado native and has spent most of his career on the Front Range. Now he is excited to practice medicine in a smaller community where he can cultivate meaningful long-term relationships with his patients. Jack believes it is a privilege to be given the capacity to help patients, and says the greatest reward for practicing medicine is getting to have a helpful impact on his patients’ lives.
During his career, Jack has received recognition for his integrity, compassion and the delivery of quality healthcare during his time practicing medicine in the Larimer County Jail. He has also received the Bee Certificate for Banner’s Extraordinary Employees while practicing in the emergency room at McKee Medical Center in Loveland.
In his free time, Jack enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their two dogs, mountaineering, trail running, backpacking, mountain and road biking, and fly-fishing. He says he would someday like to learn to play the bagpipes.
