Megan believes that nothing should keep a person from receiving the care that they need. She feels that every patient regardless of age, disability or condition can benefit in some way from physical therapy. Megan is certified in hydrotherapy and was a Pilate’s and yoga instructor, so she incorporates rehab Pilates and restorative yoga stretching into her treatment plans. After receiving physical therapy treatment for a torn ACL her senior year of college she decided that she wanted to pursue a career in the PT field, so after graduation she went back to school for four years to become a PTA.
Megan is originally from Iowa, but relocated to Rocky Ford in 1995 where she worked in a nursing home as a traveling PTA. Outside of work, she loves to walk, water exercise, read and attend church activities. She also enjoys her Dalmatians immensely as a recent empty nester. As an Iowa native, she loves rooting for her Iowa Hawkeyes football and basketball teams.
