Colorado native, Erina Rader chose to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant because she saw and experienced healthcare services that lacked the empathy, engagement, and collaboration she felt was integral to successful management and prevention of health conditions. Her philosophy of care is founded on the idea that health encompasses physical, mental, and social well-being. Erina is dedicated to delivering high-quality, integrated care, treating each patient with the same dignity and respect she would wish for her own family. By collaborating with her patients and the multidisciplinary team at Valley-Wide, she aims to eliminate barriers to wellness and provide equitable, inclusive, and sustainable care for the diverse communities in the Lower Arkansas Valley. Erina’s areas of clinical interest and expertise include primary care, dermatology, reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She loves helping her patients feel empowered to take charge of their health.
Outside of the clinic, Erina loves to travel with her 10-year-old Shiba Inu, Benjamin, and enjoys playing the flute, piano, and saxophone. If her career hadn’t led her to become a PA, she might have pursued a path as a dog trainer or a musician.
