Inspired by her experience as a speech therapist assistant in schools, Torri Weese decided to expand her career into helping people in mental health. Torri focuses on providing a warm therapeutic environment that empowers individuals, increases communication and supports families and individuals with long term strategies. Torri loves working with children, families, and adults.
She has been working in the mental health and healing fields collectively for over twelve years supporting individuals and families struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress and family issues. A cornerstone of her therapeutic approach is rooted in solution-based strategies, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, relaxation techniques and a strength-based approach.
Originally from Northern California, Torri has lived in Colorado for 13 years. In her free time, she enjoys sand volleyball, mountain biking, snowboarding, and spending time with her dog.
